High Performance Leadership-III™ (HPL-III) is a five-month process designed to provide strategic leadership skills to executives who want to position their companies to be successful in the 21st Century. HPL-III features modules on strategic leadership and management that combine lecturettes, experiential exercises, discussion, “homework” (practical application), independent study, state-of-the-art training techniques and advanced materials to ensure the highest level of skill development.
Each executive takes part in a comprehensive Pre-Assessment that includes an in-depth analysis of work performance, personality, communication style, interpersonal relations style, emotional intelligence, cognitive ability, learning agility, mental acuity, motivation and a multi-rater leadership assessment (Assessment of Basic Leader Effectiveness [ABLE-III®]). Each HPL-III is custom fitted to the executives and their organization to ensure maximum relevance, usability and application.
A Follow-Up Session, complete with post-assessment (ABLE-III®), is conducted four to six months after completion of the training to evaluate successes and reinforce skills and application.
