High Performance Leadership-I™: Team Leadership (HPL-I) is designed as the foundation for all successive leader development. This core program assesses and builds skills in the nine core competencies required at this Level. HPL-I targets leaders through the manager level, but is recommended for all leaders—from the CEO to front-line leaders.
It is well worth their time for busy senior leaders to attend this training. In many cases, senior leaders find HPL-I to be an excellent refresher. The greatest benefits for senior leaders, however, are:
1) establishing a common leadership language throughout the organization
2) gaining first-hand knowledge of what their leaders are learning
3) inculcating the leadership philosophy throughout the organization.
High Performance Leadership-I™ is a five-day customized, comprehensive practical medium that produces leaders with the skills to carry your company into the 21st-century. HPL-I combines lecturettes, experiential exercises, discussion, “homework” (practical application), materials and techniques to ensure skill development. A key feature is a multi-rater leadership assessment. Participants will see themselves through the eyes of their employees and their boss using the Assessment of Basic Leader Effectiveness® (ABLE®). Leader effectiveness is measured on nine dimensions of leadership prior to HPL-I and again 4-6 months after completing the course.
Each participant takes part in a comprehensive Pre-Assessment that includes an in-depth analysis of work performance, personality, communication style, motivation and the multi-rater leadership assessment (ABLE®). Each HPL-I is custom fitted to the participants and their organization to ensure maximum usability and application.
A Follow-Up Session, complete with post-assessment (ABLE®), is conducted four to six months after completion of the training to evaluate successes and reinforce learning and application. Evaluation and reinforcement are critical to the success of any training program. (Call 706-769-5836 for more information.)
