Jinx Baggett is Director of Learning & Development at Titan America, a heavy building materials company headquartered in Norfolk, VA. Titan America is a subsidiary of Titan Cement Group in Athens, Greece.

Prior to joining Titan America she held training positions in industry, education and the military.
She has nearly 30 years learning and development experience.

Jinx earned her Masters Degree in Education from Georgia State University and Bachelors
Degree from Winthrop University.
