The Pearman Certification Workshop will prepare you to administer, interpret and provide feedback on the Pearman Personality Integrator™ results. By the end of the certification program, you will be able to:  
  • Describe what personality type is, including its evolution and importance
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Carl Jung’s work in Personality Type Theory
  • Understand Part I of the Pearman Personality Integrator™   
  • Explain the Pearman FlexIndex™ model and its importance
  • Understand the scientific properties of the Pearman
  • Understand how the Pearman™ measures personality and the FlexIndex
  • Understand the information presented in the Pearman part I
  • Understand how the Pearman integrates results from part 1 and part 2
  • Define and provide examples of each of the Mental Functions
  • Define and provide examples of each of the FlexIndex subscales
  • Interpret Part I and Part II scores
  • Interpret integration between Natural and Demonstrated, and between Part I and Part II of the Pearman
  • Provide feedback on a Pearman report
  • Distinguish between Pearman report lenses
  • Work through a 4 step process to sell services to a client
  • Identify common challenges and obstacles and how to overcome them
  • Articulate the features and benefits of the Pearman to client groups
  • Articulate the return on investment (ROI) of using the Pearman 
  • Access resources that can be leveraged in their marketing and sales initiatives
  • Communicate the differences between the Pearman and other personality type assessments


The Pearman certification process is comprised of three parts—pre-work, an onsite or a live online videoconferencing two-day training session and follow-up. See below for more details.

    • Module 6: How Part 1 and Part 2 results come together in a meaningful way, and customizing the reports, to integrate additional information
